No, why don't you read the link? They are planning to license GRE so that it's illegal to ship modified/incomplete versions. That's against the free software and open source definitions. I'm not saying anything more that that, and what I'm saying is corroborated by the link I've posted. Blindly flaming anyone who points out a problem with Mozilla is not going to help resolve the issue. Do you really want to leave this until it's too late?
