Everything should *just work*. But we all know that's not true. The filesel does *just work*, but it should also be documented. And no, it's not like adding a help button for a button or text entry. It's like adding a Help button in any other dialog. It should be there, because there will always be someone with a question that Help should be able to answer, and there will always be stupid people who will assume it works one way, when in fact it works quite a different way. Why? Because that's what humans do. Thanks though. :)
