file selector hoo haa

disclaimer - I am only using gnome1.4 due to lack of time and bandwidth, so my issues may have been solved in 2

We don't need a new file-selector, we just need a few things fixed. For instance the 'create dir' button doesn't put the cursor focus in the text field of the popped up dialog. That annoys me every day. If you fix that then about the only thing missing is a nice bookmarks menu ala KDE.

I mean we have tab-completion in these dialogs - WOW - how many other OS's can say that.
