I agree.....kind of.I'm writing the GFileRunner file manager.I have found from looking at the code that Nautilus doesn't really need to be in GNOME anyhow, there is a lot of things they do that are just beyond badly implimented. GFileRunner is being completely rewritten from scratch.I am hoping to change this and would like to make GFileRunner the new file manager for GNOME. I've tried to write the view "component" to be modular enough for the file manager, a new open/save window for GNOME, possibly the panel, and of course, the desktop.Some of these things aren't working/turned on in the release so you may wish to wait a few more releases. But if you are interested, please go check it out and give me feedback! I also want to say thanks to everybody for their support. It has been really helpful as a motivational tool.
