Maybe you missed the point of my response to the article. it is good article, but there are certian points that I question.. The author took the time for most other entries to give a good description / history as to why this is a flaw. I found it rather odd that he would have just made a blanket stament in saying that clicking on a text description for a icon should edit the text. No supporting information or insite into his thinking is going to get critism.. I do not care if the author is the creator of the Graphical user interface, no one person has the final say in how things should be in aqn open community. Yes, he wrote a good article but it is my duty to question... Just as he is questioning..
