GNOME - Future ideas

I've created an article with mockups and ideas for things that I'd like to see GNOME 3.* doing in the future.
The article can be seen here, with more ideas and things available through my blog, such as the Scoop proposal, and a mockup of how to make drag and drop far easier with spatial nautilus.

menu behavior

if I had to change the menu bar, I wouldn't go for the mac style, but I'd put the menus down the toolbar so the toolbar, wich has the more used option con always be seen (it works, I use firefox that way), it'd be interestein that the toolbar buttons were actually the more used menu items, and that if somebody uses a lot some menu command, It could automatically add it to the toolbar replacing it by a useless toolbar button, besides right clicking into a menu item could show a context menu with some options including "add to the toolbar"... I guess it'd be a great feature in gtk3 (menubar and toolbar could be a single elemente).
