What's wrong with Citadel (http://www.citadel.org)?

It provides calendaring in the fashion described by Hula. It also provides IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. The folks there have been working towards an Exchange killer for a very long time now.

It even has a web interface.

I suppose, if everyone wants to wait for Hula to finish, that's all well and good, but Citadel is available right now.
