and regarding your point about the frequency of accesing this dialog making the "added" work and complexity not worth it: They actually did work to *remove* the hierarchy that was there! Just because people don't access a utility very often doesn't mean that the dialog for that utility should be any less well designed than another. If you were trying to say, who cares, no one ever uses it anyway so we aren't going to waste time on this then I think you would have a point. But they did waste time on it and they made it worse, not better!
