Parted web outdated?

Looking at http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/parted.html the table describing the status of each FS, the status for xfs, jfs and hfs its just at detect level. But loooking at gparted-0.0.8 changelog gparted can create and grow xfs and jfs. Does it means that parted web its just outdated?

Parted web outdated?

No, the parted page isn't outdated. As you can read on http://gparted.sourceforge.net/:
It uses libparted to detect and manipulate devices and partitiontables while several (optional) filesystemtools provide support for filesystems not included in libparted.
You see gparted also uses other filesystemtools.

I hope this answers your question :-)
