  • Extra Session Preferences
  • Extra Nautilus Preferences

This release is beta but it is very usable right now. We plan to add more dialogs soon including galeon, panels, panel objects(menus etc) and gtk2 theme colors.

Re: gTweakUI 0.0.6 released

I actually agree with everything you have said (except that gconf is usable, it is very bad ui itself ).

Gconf-editor would be fine with me and the simple interfaces would be fine with me also as long as the advanced options still existed as gconf keys that could be set somehow, even if not in the main preferences gui for each app.

The problem I have is that people extend the simplicity and lack of options of the preferences to lack of options in the app itself. Many options from the original epiphany-galeon fork were not just removed from the preferences but ripped entirely out of epiphany completely.

The mantra in gnome has been too narrow lately: "make it simple". The mantra should be "make the gui simple, make the app powerful and flexible". Then everyone would be happy.
