Gretools released -- GNOME vocabulary builder

GNOME
GNOME

I have released gretools, a vocabulary building tool for GNOME. It is a fun and efficient way to learn new words. Gretools consists of a synonym quiz and a word guessing game and also allows you to look up words. It automatically remembers the words you got wrong and helps you revise those words. You can set a filter to restrict the space of words to practice on. Gretools is extremely useful for preparing for word tests.

Screenshots: 1, 2. Gretools is written in python. You can download it here. I hope you enjoy it!

Re: Gretools released -- GNOME vocabulary builder

Pretty great, good work!

Although the preferences dialog looks a bit weird. Shouldn't the checkbox preceed "Sequential"? Also, on the right of the checkbox, there's a small, empty, visible (when focused) rectangle that should probably normally contain the "Sequential" label.

Other than that seems a great app.

Any plans to add more words/different languages? And where does the included list come from (just curious)?
