why exactly would they have to kiss their work goodbye? you clearly dont understand that their work, and all work on evolution + mono will always remain GPL'd. as i said, if novel starts acting dumb and does future development under a proprietary licenes, these projects will be forked and the free software community will support the GPL forks. it would be a stupid, stupid move for novel/ximian, and an extrememly unlikely one at that.
