Here at Ximian we have been brainstorming a bit about what happens
next in the Evolution world. One of the ideas that has come up is a
substantial overhaul of Evolution's UI.

Since images speak better than words, here are the mockups for some
designs that Anna has developed: (this is just to give a very rough
idea of what it would be like; the icons and labels are not final, the
widgets are not the real ones etc.)

Not really related, but still not unrelated, it's just more Dashboard stuff.

Evo2 and Dashboard are products in future (and both Ximian). But what it worries me is...

what kind of protection will Dashboard have against getting info from people I don't know, and mostly from Softwares that would enforce info in some Spyware manner. I wouldn't like to see some "Enlarge your...", just because someone sent me some spamm that attached that info to all my informations. Sending XML info shouldn't be too hard to fake:(

Sorry, but last few days every information about any kind of messaging software reminds me how dashboard is beautiful
