New GNOME2 default theme proposal

Eugenia over at OSnews has published a proposal for a new default theme for GNOME2. This is a follow-up to a recent article
about GNOME2 where she says: "Gnome's default widget look is a very boring one, and maybe one of its weak points [...] most users stay with the defaults, so these should be attractive and make sense". I must say the proposed theme looks very, very nice, and I would really want to see this as the default GNOME theme.

Re: New GNOME2 default theme proposal

I have perfect vision but I think the KDE keramik theme is very bad. I have to use it because i need rosegarden (a midi notation application) and, unfortunately, this is a KDE app. Since it's the ONLY kde app I have, I don't know how to change the theme permanently (it can be done in a command-line option) Even in this case, all KDE themes feels unprofessional and boring.

Last comment: after trying a lot of gtk2 themes, I always end using the default or MIST.
