Don't know why, but I think (don't get me wrong though) that KDE camp is more inovative or they have rather simplier developing tools (or is that language - Qt).

I was quite impresed with two programs seen on kde-look.org.

1. Slicker

2. Karamba.

Is it very hard to do it in gtk? Or maybe Gnome ppl. are more conservative?

Anyway I love gnome and will be using it all my life.
