Quite a few rather long-standing bugs have been fixed (thanks to the
help of Pedro Gimeno) and GIMP-1.3 is actually becoming quite useable
these days. Here's a short summary of changes....

Already has a very similar toolbox to this.

Very very similar.

The UI inconsistency in Sodipodi ATM is icons, really. And specifically not using stock icons. This will probably be fixed soon (It's on the TODO list on the sodipodi web page...), So really sodipodi is ahead of the game slightly...
