Ximian and Open Office

There has been lots of speculation on what Ximian has been doing with Open Office in prepartion for the GNOME 2 based version of Ximian Desktop. Well Michael Meeks made the slides from his presentation at the Open Office conference in Germany available, which details some of the changes done by Ximian.

I've used both Qt and Gtk+ and I disagree with you. Gtk+ is ahead of Qt in a lot of places (although still not my dream widget set by far).

porting from gtk1 to gtk2 takes almost no effort at all, I'm guessing you think otherwise because you've never actually done it :-)

instead of pulling things out of your arse, why not actually try for yourself? oh, true...then you might discover that you actually like Gtk+ better.
